Supervision
Supervision is a place to reflect and process your work where you feel supported and challenged.

Supervision for Counsellors working with Adults, Children and Young People
As a practicing counsellor and supervisor, I understand the ethical requirement to engage in regular clinical supervision. Finding a supervisor that feels right for you can at times be just as difficult as finding a counsellor. To help with this decision, I offer a free 15 minute telephone, or online consultation, enabling us to meet and see if you feel we are a good fit.
The foundation of supervision is building a trusting, collaborative relationship, within this you are invited to bring and explore all areas of your practice, including client work, contracting, ethics and your development.
I use the Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision that includes a focus on the relationship between the client and therapist, and between the therapist and supervisor, along with how these fit into the wider context. I support my supervisees to bring their whole selves to our sessions. It is an opportunity to deepen understanding of yourself and your practice.
My supervision practice has been running since 2019 and includes working with qualified counsellors and counsellors in training who work privately, in counselling agencies and education.
Many of my supervisees and their clients are Neurodivergent. I offer a safe place to be open and explore all aspects of how this informs your practice.
My experience also includes building a successful Counselling provision within and educational setting.
